IT Partner responsibilities #
- Create the statement of work with Client staff.
- Design a development plan.
- Engineer tailored solutions if needed.
- Create user-friendly instructions.
- Provide ongoing solution support after implementation.
Client responsibilities #
- Coordinate resources and staff schedules.
- Provide a dedicated point of contact responsible for working with IT Partner.
- Provide all the necessary information for the statement of work preparation.
- Grant necessary service account access and rights for implementation.
- Coordinate any outside vendor resources and schedules.
- Configure network equipment such as load balancers, routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Review and approve engagement deliverables in a timely manner.
- Request and approve all change management tickets (if applicable) in the Client environment.

- You must have the appropriate Microsoft 365 subscription or should be prepared to purchase it.
